Reminders for Evaluation Team Members

  • Everyone should attend General Session, Monday 1-2:30pm
  • Everyone should attend Friday 8:30am-3:00pm
  • You must attend all topics for your Evaluation Team (for all vendors)
  • Printed copies of the vendor scripts will be provided to you at each session
  • Demos on Feb 3-7 are at Cuyamaca College in room I-207

Helpful Hints

  • Evaluate product functionality (not the presenter)
  • Record your notes on the evaluation sheets for each session - these will be provided to you at each session
  • Please be sure to arrive to your session on time
  • Lunch will be provided Feb 4-7
