Charge

The Workday Implementation TaskForce is charged to coordinate and plan events and tasks for the implementation, design, testing and training for the Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District (GCCCD) implementation of Workday for Human Resources, Payroll and Finance.

The implementation will proceed based on the Guiding Principles framework as defined by GCCCD and augmented by continuous input and feedback from consumers of the new system.

In addition, the Workday Implementation TaskForce will ensure the availability of the resources required for the implementation of the project, and assist in removing roadblocks that may delay or inhibit the implementation.

Finally, the Workday Implementation TaskForce assists in the resolution of issues that may be referred from the various Project Teams in a timely and effective manner.
