GRANT PLANNING & RESEARCH

The most effective way to improve the likelihood getting your project funded is implementing a thoughtful planning process.  In fact, you can start planning even before a request for proposals has been released.  If you have a great idea, the FGCC will help you design a project around that idea and then look for suitable funding.  If you know that a request for proposals is released on a regular basis, let’s start planning for that release now.  Contact Sally Cox at the FGCC at x7684 to begin the planning process.

Research Grant Opportunities

Grant funding sources can be identified in several ways. The FGCC conducts ongoing research to locate grant opportunities and informs faculty and staff about grants that become available. Faculty, staff and community partners can identify potential funding sources and request that further research be conducted.
